Member Register Information

1. Our shopping mall is operating with zero members
2. Member registrations, monthly fees or any fees do not exist as it is 100% free
3. Upon member registration you will receive 100 points as a gift.
4. Upon purchasing products, you can use your redeem points if it’s 1,000 points or over
5. Upon purchase, you can save your redeemed points
 
Reserve System

1. Our shopping mall you can use your points all on products
2. 100 points is equivalent to a cash reserve of $1.00
3. Your saved points have to be at least 1,000 points to be able to use and you cannot use over 50,000 points per order
 
How to Order

Our shopping mall contains 6 basic steps in ordering
1. Product Search
2. Add to Cart
3. Member ID login then order
4. Confirm Order
5. Select Payment and Billing then pay
6. Payment Successful Screen (Order Number)
 
Order Confirmation and Real Time Delivery Tracking System
If you have purchased through our shopping mall, you can be sure how the actual order is processed through the Order/Delivery confirmation.
Proceed to the Members page and click on the Order/Delivery confirmation.
If you enter your Member ID and password, you can check out all orders on “My Page”
Currently we utilize the post office delivery and courier service. These services can be tracked in real time.
 
Secure Payment System
Our shopping mall provides two different type of payment; Credit card payment and Bank wire transfer payments.
Bank wire transfers is when you purchase the product and directly deposit the money from your PC Banking, Internet banking, Telephone
banking or through your local Bank. Credit Card payments are secure with our secure payment system so you do not need to worry about
security issues. Your use of electronic billing statement name is recorded as service.

Accepted Bank wire transfer
- If you choose to pay via bank wire transfer, please check the available banks upon ordering.

The name of the sender of the bank wire transfer must be the real name and same name of the purchaser when ordering
 
Posting and Shipping Methods

If you have chosen a bank wire transfer your order will be posted and processed from day the money has been wired and cleared. If you have purchased by credit card within 2-3 days (up to a maximum of seven days) from the date of purchase you will receive your goods.
Posting may differ slightly depending on the items in your order.
Upon ordering please make room for up to three days for delivery, we will do our best to deliver to you on your desired date.
In our shopping mall, we are using the post office delivery service as a main. (Shipping methods can vary depending on the product type)
 
Order Cancellation, Exchange and Refund

Shopping malls must adhere to various regulations prescribed for the protection of consumers. Order cancellations can be done by customers directly if order is still pending. Cancellations after payments please contact our customer support centre (+61281880882).
In the case of bank wire transfer, unless the transfer is pending for a period of time as payment hasn’t been received the order will automatically cancel. The customer can cancel the payment via their online banking if they do not want the product; if the transfer is complete we will refund it back.
If you pay by card, if cancellation is approved we will cancel but if cancellation is not possible will transfer the funds back.
If you are returning a product please provide the order number and Member ID on a note and it will help for a much faster and smoother process.
If the product is not a product you want, within 7 days of the delivery please return the product with your name, order number, Member ID, name and reason of return. Product payment will be returned to the members ID. (Return shipping payment is paid by the returner)

Customers will be asked to pay for all shipping 
when goods need to be refunded or exchanged due to change of mind.

Nanummy will be responsible for all product defects, mistaken deliveries, etc such that refund, delivery fee will be paid at the exchange.
